Service Description
Our after-school classes at Art for Life in Buford run from August through May. The class for children aged 5 to 8 meets on Tuesdays from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Payments are accepted for one month of classes at a time. **What We Believe** - Every child is an artist! - Art builds confidence and self-esteem! - Art promotes creative and problem-solving - Art brings emotional expression - Art makes the world a better place! **What Your Child Will Learn** We use the "Meet the Masters" curriculum, which introduces children to a different historical master artist each month. Through this program, they will learn a bit about each artist's style and techniques and gain historical and geographical context. Additionally, children will explore basic art concepts and vocabulary while working with various mixed media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpting, and more!
